Data collection in strict compliance with laws
When collecting, using and storing personal data, we comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act, the Telemedia Act and any other applicable data protection regulations. All customer data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

In the event that we obtain consent from the data subject for processing of personal, personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for processing personal data.

This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.
